Well, we made it through the Christmas season. Whew! Time to look at events coming up for this year. Check back for new and exciting ideas for the 2009 seasons!
I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS degree in Foods and Nutrition. My husband (Bill) and I founded Rosa’s Catering Service, Inc. in 1971. I received my certification as an Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation in 1993.
Phillip, my son, also graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Tourism, Food and Lodging. After considerable experience as a restaurant manager in the Nashville TN area, he returned to Knoxville TN in 1990. He assumed the responsibility as the company’s CEO and has run the company since that time.
We handle all types of social events such as wedding receptions, anniversary parties, corporate events, birthday parties, reunions, proms and business luncheons, just to name a few. Our styles are varied and range from sit-down dinners to buffets and can be simple or elaborate.
Over the years the company has grown steadily, principally by word-of-mouth. Our food and cakes are homemade and delicious. Our food is prepared on and off site and our very own cake specialists decorate our cakes.
